REPAIR PROCESS

The repair process is carried out in the laboratory where qualified technicians simulate the customer’s environment. Each repair is signed by a unique alphanumeric code “SEM” which allows its traceability during the working phases and after the repair. The lead time for standard repair service is 15 days. In case of a break down situation we can provide an express repair service in 48/72h.
